Habcon Builders offers custom home construction, renovations, commercial construction, and general contracting services. All services are subject to availability and may require an inspection or consultation before a final quote is provided.
2. Estimates & Payments
- Free estimates are provided for all services.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.
- A deposit may be required before scheduling an installation, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit card, and approved financing options.
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees, including interest charges and collections.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made before custom materials are ordered. Once materials are ordered or a project has started, cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee of the total project value.
- Deposits on custom orders or special materials are non-refundable once the order has been processed.
- If a customer is dissatisfied with the service, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue but do not guarantee refunds for completed work.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth construction process, customers must:
- Provide accurate information about their project.
- Ensure clear access to work areas.
- Notify us of any pre-existing damage or issues before construction.
Habcon Builders is not responsible for structural issues that were not disclosed before service.
5. Warranties & Liabilities
- We provide warranties on workmanship, which vary by service type and materials used. Warranty details will be provided in writing.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to products installed by Habcon Builders, but we are not responsible for defects in third-party materials.
- We are not liable for damages caused by extreme weather, misuse, or modifications made by third parties after installation.
- Any unauthorized alterations or repairs by another contractor void our warranty.
